Move toward your dreams--every day.
Stop letting "some day" drift further away
Fast-forward toward your dreams.
Dreams tend to wither. They haven't died, we tell ourselves; I'll get there someday. If your dreams moved from "someday" to "this year", what would that be worth to you? What would it be worth to know you're making meaningful progress each day?To know you're "succeeding" with the people close to you and at business? To stop "too busy" and "too distracted" and "when I'm better prepared" from holding you back, year after year?If you succeeded, how much higher would your income be? How much more secure would you be? How much happier?Would it be worth a one-time investment of $10,000?What if it cost only $5,000 2,000 to start moving your dreams from "some day" to "now"? Join this early cohort, and you'll be able to answer that question.
Now is the best time.
The secret is: there is no "great time to start", except in the past. That business idea you have? What if you'd started exploring it, and learning from mistakes, three years ago? That nightly connection ritual with your kids? What if it were second nature by now from years of practice? There might be good reasons that now isn't the time to move toward your dreams. Seeking meaning and "leaving the plateau" truly do sometimes need to wait. But will next year actually be a better time, or will waiting just mean one more year with no progress?
Whole-life success
From inertia to momentum
You've had a lot of success--but "what's next" can be slippery. And making progress toward it can be even harder. Especially when your "everyday life" keeps on drawing you back in.You can live with freedom. With clarity about your "next right thing". Knowing what parts of your life you want to focus on right now, and confident that you aren't abandoning everything else. You can live in confidence that every single day, you're moving toward your dreams.

Your coach
An ally who gets it
Hi, I'm Joel Iwashige. Japanese-American Amish-Mennonite Kansas kid, county spelling-bee champ, started programming at 13. I intended from a young age to be very smart and very rich, before I gained some wisdom.I know something about the success hamster-wheel. About getting very good at things, then wondering "but what now?".I've gotten very good at software. Helped build and run a software business in Bangladesh. But when I moved back to my Kansas hometown, I needed a coach. In a very few conversations, Susan Lloyd helped me turn a cloud of swirling questions into clarity about what to do next. And in the next few years, I finished an MBA, I trained as a coach myself, and I launched Common Thriving.I want you to have the same clarity, the same confidence, the same momentum that Susan helped me achieve. And the tools to move toward your goals every single day.
Fast-forward launchpad process
A simple process
It's simple to get started on this path.1. Book a complimentary exploration call
2. Confirm a seat in the next cohort
3. Start bringing your goals from "one day" to "now"

Sure, but...?
Questions you might have
Two thousand dollars, eh?
Yes. There are a number of reasons this program might not be worth your investment.
* You're happy with your life as it is, and confident it will stay that way.
* You don't want to commit to long-term goals, OR
* You've been making consistent, regular progress toward your goals on your own.
* If achieving your goals won't increase your income by more than this amount, it's only worth it if it makes your life better in other ways.
* There might be times when you legitimately shouldn't or can't spend money, or when your "life right now" includes intense demands that are more important than investing in your own growth. Those are good reasons not to invest in this program right now.Of course, I think the program will be worth this, and much more, for many people. I expect prices for future cohorts to be significantly higher.
What's the structure of the Fast-Forward Launchpad coaching program?
Fast-Forward Launchpad is a 3-month small-group coaching program designed to help you "fast-forward" toward your goals rather than leaving them for "some day". We'll kick off with a one-day workshop to give you a toolbox and get you started progressing toward goals that matter to you. We'll meet for group coaching sessions twice a month, and have a group chat available for the duration of the experience. You'll also get an individual "launch" coaching session near the start of the program, and one near its end.
How is Fast-Forward Launchpad different from other programs?
If you want someone to define your goals for you, Fast-Forward Launchpad isn't for you--but we'll help you figure out what goals are important to you. We'll help you install the systems to make progress toward your goals every day, and build a container of support to help you keep it going.
Does Fast-Forward Launchpad include homework?
Yep. We'll get a lot done in our group meetings--but this is about helping you learn the tools that will help you keep on going even after the program ends.
What if I want more support?
The core experience includes the twice-monthly group sessions, a group forum, and two individual coaching sessions. If you want, you can opt for the $3,000 "Fast-Forward Launchpad Plus" version of the program. This includes an extra individual-coaching session each month, along with everything in the standard experience.
What might keep this from working for me?
This is a coaching program oriented toward goal achievement and problem-solving for the future. If "blocking issues" fall in the domain of therapy or psychiatry, you'll need a relevant professional's help before coaching is appropriate. If you aren't able to take a few minutes each day to look back and ahead, you'll lose much of the value of this program. You can't progress toward your goals without some intention and execution, but we'll help you make lifelong, daily progress toward your important goals as close to automatic as is possible.
How does this program relate to other coaching?
This program makes significant use of Michael Hyatt's Full-Focus Planner system and the associated frameworks for goal clarification and achievement. Your coach, Joel Iwashige, is a Full Focus Planner Certified Coach.Beyond Full Focus Planner frameworks for goal-setting and consistent execution, you'll experience "coaching" in the sense that the International Coaching Federation uses the term. We'll work to gain insight on your goals and what progress takes, rather than centering a coach-driven agenda or advice, as some other forms of coaching do. Joel is trained through the Kansas Leadership Center's ICF Level 1-accredited Leadership Coach program.
Sounds great, but I don't think I'm ready...
I'd suggest downloading the Ultimate Work-Life Balance Workbook. You'll be able to make some progress on your own in choosing your own priorities and building a life around them. We'll also send you some emails that I think you'll find helpful. Also, check out the book Your Best Year Ever, by Michael Hyatt, for a deeper look at how to think about prioritization. If you want, pick up a Full Focus Planner, and check out the "how to use the planner" videos here.If you go this route, I hope you find the information helpful. It's a lot of the information you'd learn in the program. If the information alone gets you launched toward your priorities without ever signing up for the Fast-Forward Launchpad, please let me know; I'll be ecstatic! The thing is, I love sharing information--because the value of a coach isn't in the coach's secret knowledge. If you're supremely self-disciplined, you'll do great things with self-study. For the rest of us, a coach's value is in helping you be your best self. Answering questions. Making growth less scary. Helping you "lock in" a new habit. Building community. Listening to you, helping you gain new insight, and believing in you. Please, self-study! And if my support can help you turn knowledge into action, into actual growth, I'd love to provide it.
Could you just take my money now?!
Why, sure, if you insist! Though actually--let's get on an exploration call to make sure this is a great fit for you right now. And we're limiting the first cohort of this program to just a few seats.
